The owner of Minga-Consulting trained in the telecommunication sector as an IT systems electronics engineer and extended her knowledge to become a network administrator as well as an IT specialist with a Master`s degree in computer science. She learned her trade in various places including T-Mobile Austria, TÜV Rheinland, Reebok, Adidas group, AUDI AG, Technische Hochschule Deggendorf. At the start of her career she focused on customising and development within the SAP modules CRM and BW. At Adidas she gained IT experience in the areas of personalisation, eCommerce, eCRM and Omnichannel (customer experience management), before she worked in various sectors within quality assurance, consulting and project management, diving into the finer points of SCRUM, SAFe and test optimisation. Here she gained international experience in multiple EU countries, the USA, in India and Japan.

Patricia's brother is a Diplom-Kaufmann holding a degree in Business Administration and has been active in marketing for over 20 years. As a marketing employee and later as a manager he has already supported companies such as Google, BMW, Bertelsmann, Siemens, Kabel Deutschland, mydays and the DeutschlandCard with current challenges within digital marketing. The main focus areas of his sales-oriented solutions are in customer acquisition and customer retention using digital levers such as SEO, Newsletter Marketing, Lead Generation, Content Marketing and Web Analytics. In addition he actively engages in the start-up scene, including as a mentor in start-up programs with Burda and Google.

The curative teacher (M.A. in the area of adult education) has been active as a coach and lecturer for 16 years. Here she accompanies people in their professional self-development and transformation processes. The areas of Business Process Management and People Development are central to this work.

She mostly works as a Transition Manager at Minga-Consulting. In this function, she supports projects that are undergoing change. Based on Transition, Transformation and Escalation Management, she provides directional certainty in times of uncertainty and when dealing with the unexpected.

Philippe Gessner

During 20 years of experience with digital projects, he advised and supported clients of international top brands such as BMW, Daimler, MINI, Linde, O2, Siemens or TUI. He was able to successfully apply his core competencies in CRM, B2B, and multi-level sales, agile release and project management as well as digital marketing.

At Minga Consulting, he supports the team as a senior consultant and in release/requirement management. From project management to implementation support, he enriches the joint output with creative digital concepts, special know-how on current technical requirements as well as his high demands on smooth and timely processing.
